To use our app beyond the limited free trial available on the homepage, you must register for a paid account. During registration, you will be required to provide a valid email address and your name. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information updated.

This is a single one-time purchase that allows a user unrestricted data migrations using the browser tool.
You agree to use our app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the app. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our app.
You agree to responsibly use the site, inclusive of taking necessary precautions to secure your own personal information and account information.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the site at any time, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion for reasons including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
Upon termination of your account, you may request the removal of your personal information. We will comply with this request promptly, unless we are required to retain certain information by law, in which case you will be informed accordingly.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Sheet Shifter, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the app.
While Sheet Shifter aims to maintain optimal service availability, our services may occasionally be subject to planned downtimes for maintenance. We will endeavor to communicate any planned outages in advance and provide support during unplanned downtimes.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. For material changes, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance through your registered email address or through prominent notice on our service.
